Whether roof trusses, rafters, purlins, timber joist floors or the reinforcement and renewal of existing load-bearing structures – we offer tailored solutions matched to the conditions on site and the structural requirements.
A particular focus of our work is the renovation and repair of timber joist floors in period and existing buildings. This includes the professional renewal of damaged or weakened floor joists, the reinforcement of existing joist structures and the partial or complete replacement of timber joists that are no longer load-bearing.
Where there is damage from moisture, rot or wood-boring insects, we also develop suitable remedial solutions to restore the load-bearing capacity and long-term safety of the floor structure.
